Mark is responsible for the business management of the firm, including financial management, project accounting, overhead audits, and insurance/risk management.

He has assisted a diverse group of clients including general aviation airports, air carrier airports, and various state departments of transportation, counties, and municipalities. He has a thorough understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and its application for the firm’s clients.

Mark graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Master of Accountancy degree and a B.S. in Business Administration. He holds a CPA license and is a credentialed Certified Valuation Analyst. Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
