Jon leads Parrish & Partners’ Aviation Group, bringing a wealth of experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to aviation clients and agencies nationwide. Since graduating from Virginia Tech in 2001, Jon has dedicated his career to the aviation industry, where his ability to foster strong collaborative partnerships with project stakeholders—including owners, the FAA, state agencies, and review agencies—stands out. His collaborative approach ensures successful project execution and a cohesive working relationship among all parties involved.

Jon holds a Professional Engineering license in 16 states and boasts an impressive portfolio that includes the design and management of numerous projects and development programs across the country. His diverse expertise spans airfield electrical systems, rigid and flexible pavements, airfield geometrics, complex construction phasing, and more.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Jon actively contributes to the community. He is a member of several professional organizations, participates in various regional committees, and serves on the Planning Commission for his hometown.

Outside of work, Jon cherishes time with his wife and daughter, is passionate about fitness, and enjoys outdoor activities. When not training for ultrarunning trail races, you can likely find him on the sidelines of a volleyball court cheering on his daughter.
